How do I update my payment information?

To update your payment method, log in at app.helloriver.com> Click on your name > Select Profile > Payment information.

When is my next payment?

Your subscription payment takes place on the same day every month. For example, if you enrolled on the first of the month, your plan payment will be on the first of every month.

Is my plan on auto-payment?

Yes! Your River Health plan is a monthly subscription plan. Payment will be taken once a month via the credit or debit card that you have put on file.

How do I request a reimbursement?

To request reimbursement for a primary care office visit, login at app.helloriver.com> Profile > Reimbursement.
