How do I pick up prescriptions?

We have made it super simple to get your prescriptions through River Health. All medications on our formulary are $0 for a month's worth.

➤ Local Pharmacy Pick Up

Conveniently pick up formulary medication with your virtual River Health Prescription Card. Access your card from the River App > Profile > Prescription Card.

➤ Home Delivery Method

Mail-order prescriptions are only available through virtual care. If your River Health virtual care provider writes a prescription, we will deliver it to your doorstep at no additional cost.

What are the costs?

Prescriptions in our formulary are $0 with your River Health Prescription Card. You must pay out-of-pocket if your prescription is not in our formulary. View our full list of medications here.

I need a prescription refill.

Log into the River app and select Rx Refill to get started. Your virtual care provider will review the visit and follow up with you on the next steps.
