Your River Health membership allows you to see a doctor up to 3 times every year at no cost to you. Subsequent visits are only $99 per visit.
It is easy to see a doctor online with River Health. Log in to your account, select see a "See a Doc Online," and answer a few questions about your health history to get started. Read our step-by-step guide for seeing a doctor online by clicking here.
River Health is in all states with the exception of Hawaii, Alaska, and West Virginia.
Only imaging services provided inside our partner clinics are included in your visit. For imaging services provided at hospitals, free-standing imaging centers etc. contact your concierge for partner discounts.
River Health only provides primary and behavioral healthcare services. Our partner clinics do not provide emergency care or surgery. If you are experiencing an emergency, please call 911 immediately.
Yes. Your primary care provider can refer you to another doctor or specialist if medically appropriate.
The River Primary Care Plan offers primary care services only, including visits to your OBGYN for preventative and reproductive primary care. It does not offer other specialty services.
Yes. You can see a doctor at our 2000+ clinics and urgent care clinics across the country. River Health is not available in Hawaii, Alaska, and West Virginia.
